CCABC is a division within the city government of Central City. The CCABC is responsible for issuing alcoholic beverage licenses and along with state ABC and the Central City Police, enforcing Kentucky statutes and administrative regulations pertaining to the alcoholic beverage industry within the the City Limits of Central City.
